3. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are submitted via WhatsApp or email and confirmed upon mutual agreement. Pricing, terms, and cancellations are determined on a case-by-case basis and clarified before confirmation.
4. Liability
Black Diamond acts as an intermediary for third-party services and is not liable for damages or losses arising from third-party service delivery. Our role is limited to facilitating the connection and ensuring the experience.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cannes, France.
